AES Corp., the company backing the Sparrows Point LNG project, has appealed a federal district court ruling that upheld a Baltimore County zoning ordinance that prohibits the construction of LNG facilities in certain environmentally sensitive areas in Baltimore County, Md., the Associated Press (carried via Baltimore Examiner) reports.
