Excelerate yesterday announced that U.S. mariners will be integrated into the crews of its entire fleet. This announcement follows the company's agreement  last month with the Marine Engineers' Beneficial Association to place U.S.-citizen deck and engineering officers onboard its LNG vessels. Lloyd's  List has the story.
