Golden Pass LNG Terminal LLC withdrew its request at FERC for a determination that the company's proposal to re-export previously imported LNG from its Sabine Pass, Texas, terminal is not subject to FERC's pre-filing procedures. The filing can be found in FERC’s eLibrary under Docket No. CP04-386.
