Paul Soanes, president of NorthernStar Natural Gas, said in a statement that his company plans to begin construction of the Bradwood Landing LNG terminal by the end of the year. However, an activist with LNG-opposition group Columbia Riverkeeper told The Daily News (Longview, Wash.) that NortherStar's construction timeframe is "unrealistic."
